• Male, max. 35 years

• Min D3 / S1 Degree from Civil Engineering from reputable university

• Master the knowledge in the field of building construction

• Experience min. 1 year as superintendent of buildings (housing, shops and high-risk building)

• Ability to supervise the work of the field to match the schedule

• Understand the technical specifications and supervision of work in the field

• Discipline, honest, diligent, has high integrity

• Hard worker and able to adapt quickly in the workplace

• Can work independently or in team
