Responsibilities 

• Job Purposes: Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

Main Roles:

• To record financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• To summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Understanding of how to do and generate General Ledger Reports
• General tax report
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments schedules by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• General cashier & petty cash
• Deep understanding of time management
• Attention to details and deadlines.
• Fresh Graduation are welcome,

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): english communication, computer literate, accounting and financial analysis, administration activity, understanding of tax Issue and reports
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
